Portal Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the Zephyr Advisory Group client portal. Executed engagement agreements control the professional services relationship.

Authorized Use
The portal is available only to invited clients and authorized Zephyr personnel. You are responsible for keeping your access code private and for notifying your advisor if you believe access has been compromised.
Portal Content
Portal summaries, checklists, and agreement previews are provided for onboarding convenience. Signed engagement documents and written advisor communications control if there is a conflict.
User Submissions
You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not upload or submit materials unless they are relevant to your engagement.
Availability
Zephyr may update, suspend, or restrict portal access for security, maintenance, or business reasons. The portal is not intended for urgent communications.
