Submitted information is used to evaluate your requested services, prepare engagement documents, coordinate onboarding, communicate with you, and deliver professional advisory services.
Sharing
Zephyr does not sell portal intake information. Information may be shared with service providers that support portal operations, email delivery, document execution, and professional service delivery, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Retention
Portal intake information is retained for as long as needed for onboarding, service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and ordinary business records management.
